Vivid green edible fruit develop in the autumn, ripening to black. The fruit is of normal size and the tree will last many years when over-wintered in a frost-free place, but it does tolerate most English winters, with the exception of the most exposed areas. Each year it will produce more succulent fruit. During autumn a light protective mulching is recommended.
Height supplied 15-25cm (6-10 inches).
